Facing our fears can be scary, but it can also change your life. Fear is a natural emotion; one that we always have to deal with.

It can be a negative force, but it can be positive as well.  You can turn your fear around and use it to help you take on life’s challenges.

My good friend and colleague, Dave Blanchard, has said:  “That fear is a chemical reaction in your body from an expectation that hasn’t been met.  So, if you are feeling it – then go back and see what expectation you created …….. And let it go!”

I believe one of the biggest fears we all share is fear of change.  Fear can keep us in a bad relationship, a dead-end job, or worse, cause us to self-destruct.

People who are wary of making changes need to be careful so they don’t sabotage their own efforts.

Don’t be afraid of making mistakes along the way.  When you are on a journey toward change, don’t tell yourself it has to be all or nothing.  Allow for setbacks.

Procrastination can get in your way as well, but only if you allow it.  Address the fear that is causing you to prolong whatever it is you are putting off.

Always remember to celebrate the victories so far and take pride in your small successes along the way.

More often than not, the only thing holding you back from discovering a better life and an opportunity to make our dreams come true is YOU!

Believe in yourself so that you can get what you really want out of life.  Life is and always will be a “Work in Progress.”

One success will lead to another.  Just make sure you power through those fear roadblocks and move forward to reach your goals.

Conquer your fears and enjoy what is waiting for you!

“Let us never negotiate out of fear.  But let us never fear to negotiate.”
