*We respect the fact that without you the opportunities for Chad would be substantially less. After all, word of mouth is the best advertising-ins’t it?! And how many contacts do you have?… Exactly! Thus, when a client contacts our office directly he will first be referred back to his speakers bureau. The client pays the same fee regardless. The bureau receives a welcomed, unexpected percentage. And in turn we receive a valued relationship with you, the bureau, and are confident that the ‘word of mouth’will pay off in the long run!
 
*Repeat clients who contact Chad Hymas Communications directly are referred back to their original speakers bureau. Our data base automatically pulls the client name and the original associated bureau. Furthermore, any branches, districts, or other locations associated with this client are referred back to the original bureau.
 
*Bureaus are paid 30% of the total speakers fee (to view current fee please see Complete info Sheet). Travel, lodging, and other expenses are not included. These are in addition to the fee. The fee itself is what earns the commission.
 
*Bureaus are paid 30% of the total product sales minus the actual cost of products. Similar to speaking fees and travel expenses, only the net revenue is commissionable. 
 
*We realize that Time Is Of The Essence in this industry! It is very important that you make contact with someone, and quickly. When you contact our office you will speak with one of three people.

*We are committed to you and value the relationship you have with your clients. We have constructed a “bureau friendly” website. Please send your clients to www.meetchadhymas.com. There they are instructed to contact you, the referring bureau. Our contact information is not present. We also have available “bureau friendly” press kits and demo tapes. These will be sent to you upon your request. If you call our office and request that a kit be sent to your client, we will have it on their desk within 24 hours with your contact information on the press kit and packaging!
 
*Our websites, www.chadhymas.com and www.meetchadhymas.com are constructed to be used as marketing tools. They will be posted with current and updated information including fee schedule, program topics, recent news, etc. This will make it easy for you to access the latest information to pass on to your clients!
